I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Aeryk Resch during the course of a major
hardware deployment in Providence Health and Services South East Washington region. This
included 40 clinics, and a total of 2,500 PCs. Aeryk was a leader within his team of skilled
desktop professionals.
Aeryk’s work ethic is above reproach. His excellent performance was noted throughout the
program, earning him a lead position for the overall effort. Aeryk became the only desktop
technician to receive advanced training in scripting, enabling him to assist our engineers with
critical migration tasks- that is a very big deal, and speaks to his technical acumen. He was
totally engaged, and “owned” the process. He also provided feedback from his experiences for
the rest of the team to adopt.
During this strenuous migration program, many department leaders contacted me, wishing to
share their observations on the patience, and thorough nature of Aeryk’s work with them. His
ability to lead by example is a significant reason why we receive positive feedback and applause
from many of the organizations we have touched during this massive undertaking. Aeryk is a
classic “job first”, excellent performer. The day isn’t done until the job is done with Aeryk. He
“owns” the quality of his work, is tireless, detail driven, and makes his whole team better.
