Bill has been employed by Cimarron Technologies Corp. for 3 years and 6 months as an
Electronic Technician. Bill was honest, hardworking, and a trusted employee.
Cimarron products electrically interface to a wide range of 2-way radio based systems
requiring a great deal of flexibility. Bill was able to learn the operation and
troubleshooting of all Cimarron products. Billwas able to learn the details of many
unique specialized data formats used in public safety communication systems.
Bill had a wide range of duties ranging from production testing, troubleshooting, and
customer service. He maintained a good telephone etiquette under sometimes trying
customer impatience.
Many of Cimarron's products are used in critical first responder public safety radio
systems requiring extremely detailed testing and documentation. Bill made sure products
were tested and operating properly to public safety standards.
Blll expanded and built on his knowledge of radio systems and electronics in the time he
was with the company.
Billwas organized and took copious notes. He improved upon and made significant
contributions to Cimarron product documentation including digital photography. He kept
a neat and organized lab bench.
