RESIDENCE ONE
This transitional residence was designed to fit the needs of a busy family who loves to cook. The kitchen wraps around the wall for a desk
area at which mom pays the bills and works. Glass cabinets display the family’s collection of fine china, and the bookshelf displays their
collection of cookbooks and family recipes.
Cabinets: Kraftmaid//Lennox Court//Cherry Chocolate with Ebony Glaze. Countertops: Silestone Quartz//Lyra//Bullnose Edge
RESIDENCE ONE
The floor plan includes a legend for clear placement of cabinetry, as well as
specific installation notes to the installer. Rendered perspective elevations show the
multi-depth fridge wall and the window wall.
Cabinets: Kraftmaid//Lennox Court//Cherry Chocolate with Ebony Glaze. Countertops: Silestone Quartz//Lyra//Bullnose Edge
RESIDENCE TWO
This island add-on to an existing kitchen was designed to contrast the client’s existing dark cherry cabinets. Their copper sink is nicely
shown off by using Sierra Madre quartz, which picks up the brown and copper hues. The cabinets flanking the seating area feature a
pull-out pantry and a pull-out tray storage cabinet. Beautiful column end caps with decorative doors finish off the island.
Cabinets: Kraftmaid//Carter//Maple Chai with Cocoa Glaze Countertops: Silestone Quartz//Sierra Madre//Bullnose Edge
RESIDENCE THREE
This small and cluttered kitchen was given new life by taking down a wall, widening a doorway, removing soffits, changing the lighting, and
giving it a fresh new look. Simplicity and contrast is achieved with white shaker cabinets, black quartz counters, black appliances, and
charcoal gray flooring.
Cabinets: American Woodmark//Reading//Maple Linen Countertops: Silestone Quartz//Stellar Night//Bevel Edge
RESIDENCE FOUR
This traditional kitchen design uses a warm color palette and accents like multiple
heights and mullion glass to give the kitchen a warm, homey feel. The real attention-
grabber is the beautiful White Springs granite countertop.
Cabinets: American Woodmark//Savannah//Cherry Java Countertops: Stonemark Granite//White Springs//Bevel Edge
RESIDENCE FOUR
The before & after images show the dramatic transformation. Outdated oak cabinetry is replaced by a rich chocolate cherry color in a
raised panel, full-overlay door style. The flooring coordinates with the color scheme, and different height and depth cabinetry give
visual interest.
Cabinets: American Woodmark//Savannah//Cherry Java Countertops: Stonemark Granite//White Springs//Bevel Edge
RESIDENCE FIVE
This kitchen, being installed in a stripped townhome with high vaulted ceilings, was designed to maximize storage in
a small space. The cabinetry includes a layer of all-glass mullion-framed wall cabinets at the top to give visual
interest and extra storage. The bar seating plays on the shape of the kitchen and provides an extra work surface.
Cabinets: Simply Woodmark//Sunbrook//Maple Spice Countertops: Silestone Quartz//Sienna Ridge//Eased Edge
RESIDENCE SIX
This outdated bathroom was converted to a beautiful, modern one. The vanity tower gives added storage as well as a more
refined appearance. The color scheme is light and contemporary, but also timeless.
Cabinets: Kraftmaid//Thornton//Maple Dove White Countertops: Quantra Quartz//Mistral//Eased Edge Sink: Kohler Caxton
RESIDENCE SEVEN
This kitchen got an update to a beautiful, rich cherry color from the previous off-white. With plenty of room to play with, many of the
cabinets received updated functionality with accessories such as trash cabinet pull-outs, pantry pullouts, roll-out trays, tiered cutlery
dividers, and more. Bar-height cabinets were added behind the cooktop to give a variety of surface heights and additional seating space.
Cabinets: Kraftmaid//Englewood//Cherry Cabernet with Onyx Glaze Countertops: Stonemark Granite//White Springs//Bevel Edge

RESIDENCE EIGHT
This kitchen got a major renovation, going from white thermofoil builder-grade cabinetry and laminate countertops to elegant, refined
semi-custom cabinetry using Kraftmaid. Two walls were taken down and a window was closed up, entirely transforming the space. St.
Cecilia granite countertops with a curved island for seating add elegance and visual interest.
