Customer Service Supervisor of 12-14 Agents upholding and meeting Verizon Wireless and Xerox
standards. Monitored agents handle time and quality on a daily basis. In addition to coaching and
mentoring the agents, I also managed their scheduling, their pay and handled escalated calls in
stressful situations while maintaining a professional manner and tone. I Also was able to take on
average an additional 100 calls per month while maintaining a 300 second handle time.
Us Army (May 2003 – May 2012)
Signal Support Specialist (United States.)
During my 10 years of military service I obtained three MOS’s to include diesel mechanic (wheel
and track vehicles) and communications specialist. Proven to be goal oriented and with strong
analytic and problem-solving skills, define requirements, develop value-added solutions, and
execute technical solutions that streamline and improve operating efficiencies. Adept
communication with technical and non-technical audiences. Establish safety and security polices
in various situations. I was highly accommodated for my work in developing, teaching, and
managing a Driver’s Training team in 2006-2008. After 2008 I transitioned to from a trainer to a
communications specialist where I developed basic troubleshooting skills, installation of operating
systems, managed network permissions, handling large amounts of inventory, developed an
informal instructional manual on the use of Windows Vista for non-technical users.
