INTRODUCTION

RenditionDigital International has over 8 years experience in providing Multimedia and E-Learning
services that cater to business’ information, education, and infotainment needs.

Our Multimedia Services provide our clients with a cost-efficient project implementation process that
ensure that they have direct communication with Project Leaders and concerned staff. RDI also makes
sure that our clients experience maximum benefits from our competitive cost structure, rapid turnaround
time, and project management skills.

THE RD MULTIMEDIA TEAM

RenditionDigital International’s Multimedia Specialists are capable of visualizing your concepts, and
translating them into highly creative multimedia outputs to get your message across your target audience.

The RDI Multimedia team is made up of a pool 50 Specialist and a 15 man independent Quality Assurance
(QA) team. The Multimedia Specialist pool is divided into 7 Teams, each lead by its own Supervisor, who
then reports to the Manager for Operations. 5 of the Multimedia teams report during the Manila working
hours (GMT +8), while one team each report during the UK and US (EST) working hours.

Multimedia Teams are crossed skilled across RD’s services, while the QA Team focuses in ensuring that all
of RD’s deliveries comply with client provided, and industry standards.

As a rule no project is sent to RD’s clients unless our QA team signs-off on the release.

SERVICES OFFERED

Desktop Publishing (DTP) and Localization
We work with localization clients to provide DTP support and other services which include:
o DTP Layout
o Localization of existing graphics
o Post-scripting and PDF creation
o SGML, HTML XML extractions and conversions
These solutions are packaged in various formats designed for both online and offline delivery.

RDI’s Localization services include the localization of Flash (or Flash based) and E-Learning modules,
websites, ePublications as well as web or computer applications.

Flash Engineering
Our multimedia engineers can conceptualize and create complex animations using the latest versions
of Flash. Our menu of Flash engineering services includes:
o Advanced action script programming
o Application design and specification
o Content integration and maintenance
o Creative concept development
o e-Learning interactivities using action script and flash programming
o Flash Comm Server, AJAX (ametric JavaScript and XML) and DHTML
o Flash usability
o Game design and specification



o Interfacing through XML or Flash
o Interfacing with PHP/mySQL (AMFPHP), ASP.NET, J2EE and ColdFusion
o Object-oriented flash development
o Problem solving, optimization and simplification
o Site design and specification

ePublication Conversion
In order to support the demand placed on our DTP clients to develop content for the fast growing
mobile market, RDI took some of our more seasoned DTP engineers and had them undergo training
in developing ePub versions of PDF and InDesign documents.

This service provides our clients with the expertise to convert printed material to ePub versions,
which are compatible with Apple’s iPad and Amazon’s Kindle, two of the more popular ebook reader
devices.

With the growing demand for this service, RDI has now trained its entire 50 man DTP team with the
expertise to handle ePub conversions!

Graphics and Website Development
Our graphics and website design specialists are knowledgeable in the latest design approaches and
are skilled in developing original materials. We offer design and development of graphics and
websites either in Flash, HTML or the mobile ready HTML5.

Video and Audio Production
Our multimedia solutions include post-production services of audio and video materials. We also
create and package original materials in different audio and video formats.

SERVICES CONFIGURATION

RD’s Multimedia Support Solutions are configured in either as a Dedicated Team, or as a Shared Service.

Dedicated Project Teams
Dedicated project teams are put together based on the personnel, technology and expertise
requirement by RDI’s clients.

Recommended for project which have no fixed end-date, these project teams are dedicated for each
of our clients, and are directly managed by our clients, in terms of project requirements, timelines,
deliverables, and daily tasks.

Daily stand-up meetings are scheduled with our respective clients, in order to monitor the RDI Team’s
progress, and to address/discuss any operational/technical issues.

These calls/stand-up meetings are done either through Skype, WebEx, or through a direct phone call
between our clients and our dedicated project teams.

Shared Services
RD’s clients may also opt to make use of RD’s Shared Project Teams.

This type of service is provided for the development of “one-off” projects – projects which have a
fixed start and end date.



Projects under this type of set-up makes use of RD’s pool of Multimedia and E-Learning Specialists,
and are managed by a shared Project and/or Development Manager.

Project tasks and deliverables are based on an agreed project timeline between RD and its clients.

OPERATING HOURS

For Shared Service Teams
RD’s Shared Project teams operate from Mondays to Fridays, and covers 3 shifts.

RD’s Shared Project team’s shifts are as follows:
o 8AM to 5PM, Manila Hours (GMT +8)
o 9AM to 6PM, UK Hours (GMT)
o 9AM to 6AM, US Hours (EST)

For Dedicated Project Teams:
Dedicated Project Team’s workdays and hours of operations are agreed upon by RD and the client at
the start of the project.

Makati City, Philippines.
