Job Responsibilities:
 Process all types of Transaction relating to financial and Non-financial for
Insurance process on behalf of Annuity for MetLife GSS.
 Verifying the details and documents of request forward by policy owner while
getting some problem in paperwork through fax.
 Analyzing the entire document before processing the request from client and also
giving queries to client for resolution.
 Process all the phone requests those are requested by the policy owner as per
requirements.
 Creating New Business policies with all Annuities.
Financial Transaction:
(Surrender, Checks, Exchange of Funds (1035X), Outgoing Funds Transfer,Partial
withdrawal, Systematic withdrawal, Required Minimum Distribution,).
Non-Financial Transaction:
(Add-change of contract owner, Beneficiaries and Servicing Agent, Agent and Broker
Dealer change). After verification process the request as per concerned department.
