Lillian McMorris, a former TV host in Las Vegas, believes being open to new opportunities is key to success. She and her son-in-law opened a nightclub called Desires Ultra Lounge to bring the local community together through food, entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere for all. Desires Ultra Lounge is located in Las Vegas' LGBTQ district but is open to everyone. It offers diverse programming from DJs and live performances to business and nonprofit events.

According to Lillian McMorris, the former host of the longest running Public Affairs
television talk show in Las Vegas history; A M Southern Nevada, “the only way to
succeed in anything is to be OPEN to new opportunities”.
Lillian McMorris, a native of Las Vegas has made it her mission to stay connected with
the local community. Although she is now retired from her FOX5 morning show she has
never left the spotlight. Ms McMorris continues to share the “community message”
through TV, radio, digital media and now entertainment.
Recently when her son-in-law Randy Brooks, local executive/entrepreneur and now
President approached her with the idea of tossing their “hats” into the local nightclub
arena, Lillian said, “Well, Las Vegas is the Family Entertainment Capital of the World,
what better way to bring community together in a fun relaxing atmosphere than with
great food and awesome live entertainment.”
After months of research she knew they had found the perfect location when they
discovered the Black Door. This stylish boutique venue with the jazzy atmosphere and
