He has worked with many international chefs from France, Switzerland, Italy, Mexico, Germany, and Lebanon. Chef Gomes was the first to hold a Dhaka food festival in Bangalore, showcasing Christian Bangladeshi cuisine, and is known for giving modern twists to rustic Cajun and Creole dishes while using local ingredients to create multinational dishes with contemporary presentation.
