This document presents a case study of a 38-year-old male patient diagnosed with Raktaj vrana (bleeding wounds). The patient had multiple wounds on his left leg below the knee that bled and caused itching, pain, and occasional rashes. After initial treatment at a private hospital provided no relief, the patient came to MGACH & RC for further management. Through examination and diagnosis, the patient was determined to have pitta-dominant rakta and twacha, mamsa, and lasika dushya involvement.
