AN ACT REAPPORTIONING THE PROVINCE OF AKLAN
INTO TWO (2) LEGISLATIVE DISTRICTS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Philippines in Congress assembled:
Se c t io n l. Legislative Districts. - The Province ofAkian
is hereby reapportioned into two (2) legislative districts to
commence in the next national and local elections after the
effectivity of this Act. Each district shall be composed of the
following:
(a) F ir s t L e g is l a t iv e D is t r ic t :
(1) Altavas
(2) Balete
(3) Banga
