Queen of Hearts Super Megayacht 145m will seat 640 guests for 2 Brunch and Dinner Cruises daily with nightclub
and bar, luxury spa, private banquet rooms, wedding chapel & ballroom, conference rooms, Owner’s Suite and 4 Guest Suites.
The final project was introduced during the Press Conference hosted by The Italian Sea Group at Yacht Club Monaco, on the occasion
of the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show. It represents the synthesis of the values of the Group and it’s a perfect combination of the elegance
and purity of yacht design joint with the force of the shipbuilding industry, in which the Group has a remarkable strength. During the
show, an impressive 3m long scale model was on the shipyard’s display. On completion of the first privately owned superyacht X-Force
145 in Monaco, it earned the title of World’s Most Expensive Yacht appraised at 1,500,000,000.00 EUR.
Х-Force 145 was designed by Monaco based studio Dobroserdov Design focusing on innovative and elegant lines with a smooth
and low profile design, in order to virtually lighten the overall design. The impressive continuity of glass surface, which has become a
trademark of Admiral, ensures plenty of natural light throughout the ship, from the bow of the yacht – where an exceptional private
Royal Crown Banquet Room has been located, assuring to VIP guests a breathtaking panoramic view – to the stern area, where a
double level Royal Beach Nightclub & Restaurant really makes this project unique. This area has been conceived as the main
convivial and informal area of the yacht and it’s provided with any amenity you may need on board a yacht of this size.

Interior.Renderings developed by Turin based architect Gian Marco Campanino – GMC Design have been thought in close relation to
the overall design of the yacht, in terms of fluidity, curved lines, rounded shapes and a large use of full-height sliding glass walls, in
addition to double height spaces, private balconies for all VIP suites, indoor gardens and ponds, impressive fireplaces; all that matched
with a style both futuristic and warm, made of the most precious materials and finishes combined with fresh and innovative layouts
solutions, for a contemporary new top-level luxury standard. Philippines Designer Vivien Rebecca Lord – LORD Design Studio will
professionalize the design elements to include all natural and exotic décor and highend luxury bamboo and teak furniture, Philippines
French chandeliers and delicate Capiz shell walls, black marble, ivory marble, bamboo and teak floors throughout. Designer kitchens
customized by Michelin Chef Leucio Sagnelli with German designer induction stoves and appliances par excellence.

QUEEN OF HEARTS is equipped with a huge Owner’s quarter which takes an impressive 55 meters of length and to which an entire
deck has been dedicated, a double level main saloon, nightclub restaurant & bar, two helipads and a hangar for heli, toys and cars,
private banquet rooms, spa, wedding chapel and Grand Ballroom, plus external lounge areas, 4 Guest Suites and 2 conference rooms.

The project is not another design exercise as the QUEEN OF HEARTS SUPER MEGAYACHT 145m has been developed on the same
naval platform of “M/N Messina”, the last commercial diesel-electric vessel delivered by the Group in 2013 and currently part of the
Italian Railways fleet, on a non-stop service activity among the Sicily Channel.

The production site, located in Marina di Carrara (Tuscany, Italy), spread over an area of 100,000 sqm and 200 mt drydock where this
new model may be built. With her design and general arrangement plan, the QUEEN OF HEARTS SUPER MEGAYACHT 145m truly
is one of the most impressive and outstanding yacht of her size, offering a new perspective within the mega yacht world.

Project Goal: Daily Brunch and Sunset Dinner Cruises where the Queen of Hearts Super Megayacht 145m will be
docked in front pier of the Bamboo Bubble outdoor floating restaurant joined to the coastline of Manila Bay near the newly built
Manila Bay Entertainment Center. The Superyacht will cruise southward on the Manila Bay coastline toward the ocean and
return round-trip to its own docking pier. Guests will enjoy 2 daily Brunch Cruises and 2 daily Dinner Cruises onboard -
Reservations Only. Royal Beach Nightclub Restaurant and Red Buddha Baris open for Dinner Cruises to 2:00am whilst
docked at its own floating pier in the ocean. Amenities include luxury spa, designer resortwear boutique, pool, 2 conference
rooms, 4 private banquet rooms, wedding chapel, Crown Royale Grand Ballroom, Palatial Owner’s Suite and 4 Guest Suites.
