Re: Lack of quality service
Dear Ms. Bryan:
Quality service at ODAR Oklahoma City is not being furnished. Decisions on hearings held are not
being timely issued. Fees for services rendered on claims of clients that terminated my services are not being
acknowledged.
In January 2014 a hearing was held on the claim of Pascal Jones, 442-70-3257. Request for post-hearing
evidence was furnished in February, 2014 with ALJ advice that a favorable decision would be rendered when
received. The decision has not been issued. Likewise, hearings were held on May 15, 2014 on the claims of
Gary Posey, 447-48-6303; and Gary Sellers, 444-66-3096. Hearings held on Rebekah Gray, 501-92-6090 on
May 29, 2014; James Bucher, 440-68-5114 on May 15, 2014. Decisions have not been issued. On April 28,
2014 the Appeals Council remanded James Hunt, 454-91-7543. His hearing on remand has not been scheduled.
Because of the two year wait to have a client’s claim heard, some clients terminate their attorney’s
services. The following clients terminated my service. I gave notice to ODAR on each client that I did not
waive my fee. I have requested and I have not received a response from ODAR on the following clients:
Stephanie Kiplinger, 441-72-8043 on 2/2014; Christy Lewellen, 446-78-4199, on 10/2013; Susan Macenthun,
579-70-7628 in 2013; Kimberly Mathis, 444-66-3676 after remand by the Appeals Council in 2013.
Your assistance with for the many clients and I that await decisions, and acknowledgment from ODAR
on fees for services rendered on claims of clients that terminated my services, will be greatly appreciated.
