Werkinstructies
Wat is een werkinstructie?
• Een werkinstructie is een document waarin vastgelegd is hoe
bepaalde stappen uitgevoerd moeten worden.
Waar zijn de werkinstructies?
• De werkinstructies staan digitaal in het documentbeheersysteem
MMS-Inception en er zijn papieren kopieën met stempel op het lab.
Wat zijn beheerde documenten?
• Het document moet beschikbaar zijn waar en wanneer nodig.
• Het document moet beveiligd zijn tegen wijzigingen na
goedkeuring.
• Wijzigingen moeten gemeld worden bij de TL.

Afwijkingen
Wat is een afwijking?
• Een afwijking is een voorval wat afwijkt van de werkinstructie.
• Een afwijking heeft effect op de metingen in het lab of de
uitslagen.
Wie signaleert een afwijking?
• Iedere (laboratorium)medewerker kan een afwijking waarnemen op
elk moment van de dag
• Bekende afwijkingen voer je in met een NC-code in BlueBerry.
• Nieuwe of afwijkingen met directe impact op de uitslag meldt je bij
je Teamleider.

Initialen
Waarom werken we met initialen?
• Dit heeft met lab traceerbaarheid te maken. Je wilt terug kunnen
zoeken wie, wat, wanneer heeft gedaan.
• Initialen bestaan uit 4 letters/cijfers en zijn uniek per medewerker.
• De initialen bestaan meestal uit de eerste 2 letters van de
voornaam en de eerste 2 letters van de achternaam. Mochten er
meerdere mensen zijn met dezelfde initialen dan wordt de laatste
letter vervangen door een cijfer.
• Initialen gebruik je om bv het logboek af te tekenen.

Het laboratorium is alleen toegankelijk voor
labmedewerkers.
Laboratoriumregels
 Lange broek, benen volledig bedekken
 Dichte schoenen
 Juist gebruik van de PBM’s:
handschoenen, labjas, veiligheidsbril,
mondkapje
 Geen eten en drinken in het lab
 1,5 m afstand houden verplicht
 Lang haar in knot of staart
 Geen mobiele telefoons op het lab
(muv gebruik Authenticator), mogen alleen
in plastic zakje mee. Plastic zakje moet
bij de labjas blijven, mag niet het lab uit.
Zodat er 1) geen virusmateriaal verspreidt
kan worden en 2) geen lysis op de
telefoon terecht kan komen en vervolgens
op handen of oren.

Wat is veiligheid
Dit is een introductie voor de
veiligheidstraining, zodat je veilig het lab op
kan. Later krijg je van de Ops een uitnodiging
voor een uitgebreidere veiligheidstraining.
Veiligheid in het laboratorium is zeer belangrijk
om ongelukken te voorkomen, zeker als we
werken met mogelijk gevaarlijke stoffen.

Veiligheidsrisico’s Lysis
• Lysis buffer doodt actief virus
• Lysis buffer = bijtend blauwe vloeistof
• Zit in monsterbuizen, deepwellplaten, afvaltonnen
• Bij morsen op huid of kleding – kleding direct uit en
spoelen! Zorg voor een noodsetje kleding in je
kluisje.
• Gemorst? Opruimen volgens de WI
