Driving Directions All people should come in on Rt 26 from I-65 This leads directly to campus through a well-lit town and requires no turns or confusion  If you follow these directions you will  come onto the Purdue  map at the bottom  right hand corner of  the campus map.
Purdue is a large campus Bring comfortable shoes.  Residence halls are a long walk from Elliott Hall.  Please be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes between destinations.
What to bring Comfortable shoes Umbrella--it rains in the summer in the mid-west Sweater or jacket for Elliott Hall Photo ID for check-in Health insurance card (Purdue requirement)
Check-in process Check-in will occur in your residence hall Most of west coast is in Cary Quad Some in Meredith MBF/HBF in Wiley/Tarkington Check-in with UBF Check in with Purdue Each person must check in on their own
Late Check-in Late check in will be in the Armory after the first meeting Office will be closed during meeting times If you come between 7-9, go directly to Elliott Hall Check-in after meeting
HBF/MBF  Check-in Will be done through chaperones Each HBF/MBF will be assigned a chaperone Each chaperone will be in charge of 10 youth Youth must wait for chaperone Probably after 2pm
Important Items During check-in you will receive: Room key Name tag--also serves as meal ticket Do not lose these items There will be a $25 fee for an unreturned key There will be a replacement charge for lost meal ticket

Warning Sirens Outdoor warning siren:  Go into the nearest building  immediately.   Do not leave until told to do so Probably for a tornado, so stay away from windows (e.g. inside hallway) Indoor warning siren: Go outside  immediately  and move away from the building
