ICT, or Information and Communications Technology, is an umbrella term that encompasses various communication and computing technologies, as well as the services and appliances associated with them. It includes components such as hardware devices, software, data, wired and wireless networks, communication technologies, the cloud, and information security and governance policies 1 5 . ICT is aimed at enabling modern computing, improving the way humans create, process, and share information, and raising digital technology literacy in various areas such as web development, multimedia, cyber security, and computer programming . The term is evolving and covers any product that stores, retrieves, manipulates, transmits, or receives information electronically in a digital form
