A publicidade engañosa é aquela que pode inducir a errores aos seus destinatarios ou afectar ao seu
comportamento económico e producir calquera malentendido.
Transmite información falsa de algún producto. Ista fai que o consumidor pague por algo que é mentira.
Exemplos e estructuras de publicidade engañosa
-Comunicados que poñen expresión ambiguas ou desconocidas.
-Utilización de tamaño da letra moi reducido.
-Non incorporar o IVA ao prezo e eliminan datos.
-Fanse promesas que logo non de cumplen.
-Esaxeracións das características do producto.
Por exemplo, nos supermercados poñen as cousas que lles interesa que
compremos a altura dos ollos, os carritos torcen cara a esquerda e o chan fai ruído
para que a xente vaia máis despacio e se fixe nas cousas.
O ancho dos pasillos soe ser do ancho de tres carros para ter que deterse a ver os
produtos de ambos lados.
As estanterías soen ter 3 alturas:
-OLLOS: nivel óptimo.
-MANS: os produtos alcánzanse cómodamente.
-PÉS: produtos que a compra é imprescindible.
Noutras tendas engánante coas ofertas ou descontos.
Preguntamoslle a varias persoas sobre esta
oferta e isto foi o que nos dixeron:
-Dixo que era unha boa oferta e que era un bó
cartel que chamaba a atención.
-Pareceulle un timo que era unha forma de
querer rirse da xente.
-Dixo que era unha oferta ridícula, que se él o
vira que poñería unha reclamación á tenda.
-Non cree que esa oferta sexa de verdade, cree
que a fotografía é falsa.
-Díxonos que non era unha boa oferta pero que
tampouco era moi esaxerada
-Cree que era unha oferta relativamente boa,
que podía estar ben.
