Salman Noor Siddiqui returned to Pakistan in 2001 after 10 years in Russia and the CIS region. He conducted extensive research on the Russian consumer market and opportunities for Pakistani manufacturers. This included analyzing Russia's post-Soviet economy, consumer demand and preferences, key industries, and trade opportunities in 12 economic regions. His work was certified by the Russian Trade Department in Pakistan. He has published numerous articles on Pakistan-Russia economic ties and given corporate presentations on export opportunities in Russian and CIS markets. He is fluent in several languages and has visited over 20 countries related to his research interests.
