EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Public Startup Company, Inc. is building a new stock market and associated regulatory and
automated-forensic-transparency technology ecosystem for companies that do business IN PUBLIC in
addition to being publicly owned and operated, from seed capital stage onward. No more Stealth Mode
for startups, no more Good Old Boys Club for capital formation. No more fraud from bad audits or
accounting tricks. Basically, the future of the entire global economy.
We have three companies that are raising capital presently to enable this entire vision:
Homeland Forensics, Inc. which is being incorporated in Washington, D.C. to replace the Securities
and Exchange Commission, We Cluster, Inc. which is building the high performance computing and
Big Data technology infrastructure as "The Public Utility of Social Networking and Social Media"
together with the e-commerce framework to power the new secondary market and Public Startup
Company, Inc. which is analogous to FINRA, the "Self Regulatory Organization for the New Normal."
In our model of forensic transparency for the future of the global economy, the Self Regulatory
Organization that competes with FINRA (Public Startup Company, Inc.) will also be the crowd funding
platform, regulating and overseeing capital formation occurring globally via social media, while also
helping startups and co-founders to launch and raise capital far more easily than is possible today.
Our fallback plan, if this grand vision doesn't work out, is to bring each of the three companies
public and turn control of the companies over to other people who have lesser vision but who wish to
pursue profitable business models and ideas for what to do with our technology. In this case, the two
founders of Public Startup Company, Inc. will just go back to their simpler objectives of operating a
successful social media-driven Crowd Funding platform for foreign direct investment in startups or
hedge funds, and growing our existing research and development and forensics communities.
