Public Startup Company is building a new stock market and regulatory ecosystem for startups to operate publicly and transparently from the beginning. It is raising capital for three companies: Homeland Forensics to replace the SEC, We Cluster to build infrastructure for social networking and markets, and Public Startup Company analogous to FINRA to regulate capital formation on social media and help startups raise funds more easily. The founders' fallback plan is to take the companies public and pursue profitable business models if the grand vision does not work out.
