This document summarizes three case reports of accidental LSD overdoses. The first case describes a 15-year-old female with bipolar disorder whose symptoms dramatically improved and remained stable for 13 years after ingesting over 1000 micrograms of LSD. The second case involves a pregnant woman who ingested 500 micrograms of LSD early in her pregnancy and gave birth to a healthy child with no developmental issues. The third case describes a woman who experienced a reduction in physical pain from Lyme disease and was able to reduce her 10-year morphine prescription after accidentally taking a massive dose of LSD.
