Testing the first Idea: Resume
- I would work at first because the
employee will see just your merits
and not your name (that can be
related to a special social group).
- It can work too because there will
be just info about your work and
studies.
Maybe the employee would be able to
deduce from what college the person is
and therefore to what social group the
person is from. Probably there must be
a way to hide this.
Is it possible to hide the University that
the person is from, so there is no option
to deduce the social enviroment that
the person belongs?
Testing the first Idea: Social Message
- It would work because it is a
strong message to the society, and
if it is everywhere the people can
be aware of what is to discriminate.
But the results will not be in a short
time, will be long term.
The messages needs to create
awareness in all ages and spheres in
society, from childhood to old age.
How long we will be able to see results? The message needs to be long term as
well. And the creators need to have this
in mind.
