Faena House recently set a new record in Miami with the closing of a $60 mil-
lion penthouse. This closing breaks previous records in Miami of $47 million for a
single-family home and $27.5 million for a condominium. The magnificent residential
tower designed by Pritzker Prize-winning firm Foster + Partner offers world-class
architecture on an unparalleled beachfront location.
Each home features Molteni Dada custom-designed kitchens and Permas-
teelisa powder rooms and baths. Floor-to-ceiling window walls and door systems
expand up to 12.5 feet to each private “alero,” a wraparound terrace that blends
indoor and outdoor beachfront living.
Faena House offers residents exclusive amenities that include a spa, fitness
center with ocean views, a private beach club, pools, gardens, a 24-hour doorman
