This document describes a semi-automated method for analyzing nucleic acid footprint autoradiograms using peak fitting. The method involves fitting electrophoretic band profiles with Lorentzian curves to determine band intensities. The intensities are compiled into a matrix and standardized to correct for loading differences. Candidate standard peaks are tested to find the most consistent peaks for standardization. Together with data visualization, this allows accurate and efficient analysis of nucleic acid structure transitions from footprint data. The method is demonstrated by analyzing the folding of a large RNA molecule mediated by monovalent ions.
Munchausen Syndrome and Munchausen by Proxy are psychiatric disorders where individuals fake or induce illness in themselves (in the case of MS) or another person such as a child (in the case of MBP). Victims of MS seek attention from medical professionals by exaggerating or fabricating symptoms, while those with MBP induce or fabricate symptoms in another person, often a child, to gain attention from the medical community. Both conditions are difficult to diagnose and treat as victims are unwilling to admit they are faking illness.

Este documento describe un proyecto deportivo para incluir a personas con discapacidad en actividades acuáticas. El proyecto ofrecería clases dos veces por semana durante 11 meses para grupos pequeños de personas con diferentes grados de discapacidad o problemas de movilidad. 2. EQUI-SEXXY és un projecte desenvolupat per alumnes de l’INEFC de Barcelona
amb la finalitat d’avançar cap a la igualtat de gènere dins l’esport.
Consisteix en crear un esdeveniment on s’oferiran formacions per a educadors i
activitats esportives per promocionar la igualtat de gènere en els nens i nenes.
El projecte es durà a terme durant un curs escolar a les diferents escoles de la

Dos tipus de ponències:
Una enfocada a la psicologia aplicada a l’esport. Portada a terme per un doctor en psicologia i un Graduat en CAFE.
L’altra enfocada a la sociologia aplicada a l’esport. Portada a terme per un doctor en sociologia i un Graduat en CAFE.
En les activitats escolars:
Un monitor per grup de nens. Màxim 25 nens per grup.
Es portaran a terme a les instal·lacions esportives de l’escola.
En els tornejos:
Aforament de 200 participants.
Obsequi d’una samarreta per participant.
Un monitor per cada grup de 25 participants.
Els professors de les escoles acompanyaran als nens durant l’activitat. Obligatori un professor per cada 25 nens.
12. En les ponències:
Passarem un qüestionari al finalitzar cada ponència per tal de que els professors
valorin la informació rebuda i la utilitat i importància d’aquesta.
En les activitats escolars:
Ens posarem en contacte amb les escoles de forma mensual durant tot el curs com a
mínim. Això servirà per pregunta'ls-hi si hi ha diferencies notables (pel que fa a la
igualtat entre els dos sexes) en la forma de jugar a l’hora del pati i a les classes
d’educació física.
En els tornejos:
El curs vinent observarem si la demanda dels esports practicats per part dels nens i
les nenes a canviat respecte l’any anterior.
