This document outlines a plan to introduce web-based science teaching materials and improve ICT skills among secondary science teachers in Bangladesh. The background explains that although the Bangladeshi government has established multimedia classrooms, most secondary teachers lack skills to utilize technology. The purpose is to improve science education quality through web-based resources. Objectives include introducing web materials, motivating teachers toward ICT, upgrading their skills, and integrating technology into teaching. Stakeholders include government education ministries and selected teachers. Expected outcomes are that teachers will be able to use the internet, access resources, design instructional materials, and integrate ICT and pedagogy into their teaching. 3. Background
 The government of Bangladesh have made a plan to
establish Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
as the main vehicle of socio-economic development. To
implement this plan, the ministry of education established
a large number of multimedia classroom in secondary level
school. But most of the secondary school teachers are not
efficient enough to utilize this modern technology for
their professional development which is the precondition
for quality education. Through this training, the secondary
school teachers will be able to operate the ICT tools and
web sites and will be familiar with the internet facilities
so that many updated science teaching concepts and
materials will be available for them.

 To improve quality of science education through
web based material for selected secondary
teacher in Bangladesh.

 To upgrade the web-based skills of secondary science
teachers.
