UKIE:
UKIE is the only trade body for the UK’s wider interactive entertainment industry. We exist
to champion the interests, needs and positive image of the videogames and interactive
entertainment industry who's companies make up their membership.



IGDA:
International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is the professional society for over
10,000 video and computer game developers worldwide. It is incorporated in the United
States as a non-profit organization. Its stated mission is "To advance the careers and
enhance the lives of game developers." In recognition of the wide-ranging, multidisciplinary
nature of interactive entertainment, there are no barriers to entry. Any person who
considers him- or herself to be a game developer may join.



Women in Games:
Women in Games International (WIGI), made up of both female and male professionals,
works to promote the inclusion and advancement of women in the global games
industry.WIGI promotes diversity in video game development, publishing, media, education
and workplaces, based on a fundamental belief that increased equality and camaraderie
among genders can make global impacts for superior products, more consumer enjoyment
and a stronger gaming industry.

BAFTA:
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) is a charity in the United Kingdom
that hosts annual awards shows for excellence in film, television, television craft, video
games and forms of animation.
BAFTA first recognised video games and other interactive media at its inaugural BAFTA
Interactive Entertainment Awards ceremony in 1998 and then in 2006, BAFTA announced its
decision "to give video games equal status with film and television".

MEF:
MEF is the global trade association for companies wishing to monetize their products &
services via mobile. Headquartered in London with operational chapters and offices in Asia,
EMEA, Latin America, Middle East and North America, MEF is a member network with
international reach and strong local representation; ideally placed to drive market growth.
Established in 2000, MEF represents the total mobile ecosystem providing an impartial and
powerful voice for pioneering companies from across the mobile content and commerce
value chain.
