2. Circumstance: Here at Missouri State
University, a student must have a current
address for bills and information to be
sent to. Currently, if a student moves or
changes addresses, the student has to go
through a variety of steps in order to
change his or her address. The diagram to
the right, shows the current steps a
student must take to change his or her
address.
3. The changes made in the process
are fairly simple and at the
beginning of the process. Instead
of having to log into my Missouri
State, the student can search for
the change of address form on the
Missouri State website. This
eliminates a lot of the confusion of
having to figure out how to find
the form. By allowing students to
be able to access the form from
the general Missouri State
website, students should be more
willing to keep their addresses up
to date, making Missouri State’s
billing and important notice
sending more efficient.
