27. Regulament de ordine interioara
• Activitatile didactice se desfasoara in conformitate cu programul
afisat , cu regulamentele in vigoare si cu regulile suplimentare
stabilite de titularii de curs
• Deciziile titularilor de curs, referitoare la modul de desfasurare al
programului si la regulile de notare, pot fi modificate numai ca
urmare a unei cereri scrise a studentilor, in urma
analizei efectuate si cu avizul expres al conducerii
programului de master/ institutiei
• Titularii de curs au obligatia de a prezenta regulile mentionate
in fata studentilor, in timpul programului de desfasurare al
cursului respectiv, o singura data, preferabil la inceputul
semestrului (primul curs). Regulile suplimentare, formulate
ulterior, nu pot fi retroactive . Se recomanda diseminarea
lor intr-o forma scrisa, eventual pe site-ul CPRU.
• Necunoasterea regulilor nu eludeaza obligatia respectarii
lor.

Studentii sunt invitati sa isi desemneze, pana la
data de 1 noiembrie, cel mai tarziu, un
reprezentant, ale carui nume si detalii de contact
sa fie comunicate coordonatorului de master. In
caz contrar, reprezentantul seriei va fi desemnat
din oficiu.
29. Atributii reprezentant

• Crearea si administrarea unui grup de
discutii al seriei, prin intermediul caruia sa
se permita schimbul de informatii intre
cadrele didactice si studenti
• Elaborarea si predarea planificarii
examenelor pentru fiecare sesiune
30. Reguli generale
• Planificarea examenelor trebuie incheiata si predata la
secretariatul facultatii cel mai tarziu cu doua saptamani
inainte de inceperea sesiunii. Daca pana in acest
moment titularul de curs nu a fost consultat si nu a fixat
(confirmat prin semnatura) data si ora examenului,
atunci poate sa o stabileasca unilateral.
• O copie a programarii trebuie inmanata coordonatorului
de master (eventual in format electronic, dar cu
confirmarea primirii)
• Programarea examenelor va fi afisata obligatoriu la
avizierul CPRU, cel mai tarziu pana in preziua inceperii
sesiunii; pana la aceeasi data, coordonatorul de master o
va transmite pe grupul de discutii al seriei.
31. Activitatea de cercetare
• Colocviul de cercetare va avea loc in ultima zi a semestrului de
studii aferent; ora, sala si componenta comisiei urmand a fi
anuntate de coordonatorul de master pe grupul seriei.
• Nu se poate absolvi un an de studii cu restante la cercetare.
• Restantele de cercetare se sustin in sesiune si/ sau in sesiunea
de restante, la o (singura) data, care va fi stabilita de
coordonatorul de master.
• In cadrul colocviului de cercetare studentii vor prezenta
activitatea depusa in cadrul semestrului, pe baza unui raport de
cercetare (care trebuie prezentat atat in forma scrisa, cat si in
format electronic) si a unei prezentari Powerpoint (sau
echivalent) orale de zece minute.
32. Activitatea de cercetare
• Cadrele didactice care predau in cadrul programului de
master sunt invitate sa formuleze cate trei teme de
cercetare, care sa fie transmise pe e-mail catre
coordonator, pana la data de 20 octombrie.
• Studentii din anul I trebuie sa isi aleaga pana la data de
15 noiembrie (cel mai tarziu) un coordonator de
cercetare si o tema (cu acordul coordonatorului, se poate
alege si o alta tema decat cele formulate deja) si sa
transmita informatiile respective coordonatorului de
master. Studentii care nu isi indeplinesc aceasta
obligatie, vor fi restantieri la cercetare pe semestrul I.
• Nici un cadru didactic nu poate fi obligat sa accepte mai
mult de trei studenti pentru activitatea de cercetare.
33. Activitatea de cercetare
• De principiu, activitatea de cercetare trebuie conceputa ca fiind
desfasurata pe durata celor patru semestre de studiu si ca fiind
finalizata prin lucrarea de disertatie.
• Etapele acestei activitati sunt, prin urmare (orientativ): documentare,
alegerea unei abordari de rezolvare, formularea solutiei, implementare,
testare, validare.
• Rapoartele de cercetare vor trebui sa includa urmatoarele sectiuni:
obiectivele generale ale temei de cercetare, etapele parcurse,
obiectivul/ obiectivele semestrului in curs, rezultatele obtinute,
contributii personale, obiectivele activitatii ulterioare.
• Prezentarea studentului la colocviul de cercetare este conditionata de
avizul (scris) al coordonatorului. Pentru a obtine acest aviz, studentul
este obligat sa predea raportul de cercetare coordonatorului cu cel
putin trei zile inainte de colocviu.
• Coordonatorul de cercetare poate refuza avizul in contextul in care
studentul nu a respectat programul de consultare stabilit de
coodonator si/ sau nu a indeplinit obiectivele formulate de acesta.
