1. Preventing Strategic Surprises Through Utilize of Scenario Analysis
On the 3rd
. May 2018 the Israel Political Science Association (ISPSA)
had its annual conference. I have presented my recent paper (written
together with Professor Avi Meshulach from the Business School of the
Hebrew University): "Preventing Strategic Surprises Through Utilize
of Scenario Analysis." The full paper will be published (in Hebrew) in a
few months, in a new book about national intelligence. The presentation
has looked into the issue of preventing strategic surprises through the
interrelations between national intelligence and intelligence in business. It
is an original paper aspiring to propose a new direction which may vastly
create discussions, which can pave the way to improve the intelligence
methodology.
