In Paris the exhibition will be held at the Consulate General of Portugal and the protagonists are artists sculptor Isabel Meyrelles and painter Santiago Ribeiro. The U.S.A. exhibition will be held at the Latino Art Museum in Los Angeles, California, and is entitled “21st Century Luso-American Surrealism “. Lousã, Coimbra, Portugal (PRWEB) 31 Août 2014 L' International Surrealism Now a débuté à Coimbra en 2010, où a eu lieu une grande exposition organisée par la Fondation Bissaya Barreto apprêtée par Santiago Ribeiro. Depuis, ce même événement a eu lieu à Conímbriga, à l’occasion du 50 ème anniversaire du Musée Monographique de Conímbriga ( le deuxième musée le plus visité au Portugal). Après une itinérance par Paris avec l'appui de la GAPP( Galerie d'Art Portugal Presente) et celui de Liba WS, organisée une fois de plus par la Fondation Bissaya Barreto et Santiago Ribeiro, il est parti à Madrid avec l'appui de Yamal Din et à Dallas, avec l'appui de l'artiste surréaliste nord-américaine Shahla Rosa. Dernièrement l'exposition est présentée au public dans le Chateau médiévale du Paço da Ega, organisation du Réseau des Bibliothèques et la Mairie de Condeixa-a-Nova et dans la galerie Vieira Portuense, Porto, Portugal.

DALLAS – Surrealismo LUSO-AMERICANO do séc.XXI é a continuação de uma série de exposições relacionadas com o projecto “International Surrealism Now” do artista plástico português Santiago Ribeiro. Esta exposição única apresentará obras dos artistas portugueses Victor Lages, Paula Rosa, Francisco Urbano e Santiago Ribeiro, bem como dos artistas americanos France Garrido, Joe MacGown, K.D. Matheson, Shahla Rosa, Steve Smith e Olga Spiegel. International Surrealism Now começou em Coimbra, em 2010, quando Santiago Ribeiro concebeu uma grandiosa exposição, que contou com a organização da Fundação Bissaya Barreto. O evento foi também apresentado em Conímbriga, celebrando o 50.º aniversário do Museu Monográfico de Conímbriga (segundo museu mais visitado em Portugal) e, posteriormente, foi apresentada em Paris, com o apoio da Fundação Bissaya Barreto e da GAPP – Galeria de Arte Portugal Presente. A exposição decorreu também em Madrid, com o apoio de Yamal Din e em Berlim, uma vez mais organizada por Santiago Ribeiro. Mais recentemente, Santiago Ribeiro estabeleceu uma parceria com o artista Victor Lages, autor do projecto "Utopia de Arte Fantástica", com a finalidade de organizar novas exposições em Lisboa e em outros locais, nacionais e internacionais.
