Geolinks (Pvt.) Ltd. was established in the year 2004 with the aim “For a Better Environment” with
its first incinerator in operation at Dhabeji, Sindh after closing this plant Geolinks set up the current
modern facility at the new site in Port Qasim Authority, which is spread over a three acres of land to
provide facility of industrial waste collection, transportation, recycling, incineration and disposal
facility The incinerator will be comprised of three compartments for burning of waste along with
chimney of 100ft height and water showering system (Scrubber) for controlling emissions. The plant
also have one underground storage tanks for furnace oil having capacity 6000 liters each. The types
of wastes to be collected, recycled, stored and incinerate from different industries will include paint
waste, empty chemical drums, polythene bags containing paints & resins, glass bottles, card board
small drum (without liquid), aluminum waste, cement bags waste, cotton bags, electric cable waste,
expired cream, expired ghee, hard plastic waste, iron waste, milk receiving hose pipe, mild steel
small drums, paper bags, waste plastic products, PVC waste, tetra paper waste, curd milk, pet waste,
waste from hospitals, wastewater treatment sludge etc. The main industries/clients are Paint
Industries, Chemical Industries, Textiles Sector, Plastic Industries, Leather Industries, Pharmaceutical
Industries, Agro Industries, Pesticides / Herbicides Formulation Units, Wastewater Treatment Plants
etc.

ecological systems assume greater significance and
environmental security is the hallmark of sustaining
nature today and for future generations. For the most
efficient way to destroy hazardous organic compounds
and a wide variety of waste materials, high temperature
incineration provides the best solution. After
incineration, the resulting ash and other residue is
stabilized and disposed at permanent site approved by
Government. By Grace of GOD we have started our
another plant in the same premises now our Incineration
capacity becomes 1600 KGs/HR.

Bio-Medical Waste Incinerator System
The Bio-medical Wastes means; soiled or blood-soaked bandages, discarded surgical
gloves after surgery, IV sets, Urine Bags, Aprons, injections, Syringes, needles, culture
dishes and other glassware, discarded surgical instruments scalpels, sharps and
needles used to give shots or draw blood, cultures, stocks, little blades, swabs used to
inoculate cultures, removed body organs like tonsils, appendices, limbs, etc.
Discarding of Bio-medical waste is a must as it is one of the dangerous wastes for
human life. The Discarding of this type of waste is only possible with the correct
incinerator system.
Liquid Waste Incinerator System
Liquid waste means any type of waste that is in liquid form; from any industry like
Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Petro Chemicals, Automobile, Textile, Hospitals, Slaughter
house, Laboratories, Municipals, etc. Liquid wastes also consist of complex mixtures
of a large variety of compounds. Its Discarding / incineration needs careful and

breakthrough on SLUDGE obtained from Pakistan PTA Limited now known as
Lotte Chemical Pakistan Ltd. The sun-dried sludge is fed into the Cement
rotary kiln and then used as fuel in the same way coal is used. Non-residual
ash in the cement process with no change in cement quality ensures
