1. Prescribed and recommended books

2. Click on teaching
support

3. Scroll down and
click on Prescribed
books

4. Existing users login
New users register

5. This login box
will appear.
Type in the
login details.
Click on forgot
password to
change your
password.
Register if you are a first
time user and follow the
instruction

6. Follow the instructions to
create your profile.
Please look at the
password requirements.

7. Click on Search and choose
applicable option.
If you choose ISBN search
no space between numbers

8. Type the title in and
click on search

9. If the applicable title is not available
on the system.
Click on “Can’t find the book
and follow the instructions.
Click on add to list if it
is the correct title.
The system will notify
you when the
procedure was
succesful

10. Click on Wish List
and look for the
title.
Click on add
prescribed icon.

11. Complete the form
And choose the
applicable category
NB: INDICATE IF IT IS A
PRESCRIBED BOOK OR
RECOMMENDED
BOOKS
NB: Choose the
correct month
and estimated no.
of students under
quantity.

12. Click on prescribed and choose
the applicable choice.
• My Prescribed books to see a list
of the title that you have added
• Requirement overview. List of
the whole department

14. Explanation for the icons.
• Blue icon recommended title
• Red prescribed book
Export to excell

15. The prescribed list will appear
You will then be able to export to
excel.
Export to excel

16. Excel list will appear.
Save it and send it to the lecturer to confirm
