RECOMMENDATION LETTER
By this means I certify that Mr. Andreja Stefanovski has actively served as Deputy
Coordinator for Royal Rangers Europe since 2006 to present. Andreja has also been involved
in many other responsibilities in our organization more than 10 years.
Andreja has served in the Euroteam since 2006, being reelected three times by his peers. In
this role he creates and manages different projects on local, Balkan, European and
international level.
Andreja has set the example in personal development, attending all the training Royal
Rangers offers and prepared himself as an instructor. His level of English is very good both
in speaking and in writing (at least level 5 on European Language Skill Scale 1-6).
In spite of the fact Andreja's degree in electronics and telecommunication was not necessary
for our organization, he improved his skills greatly by executing high level of interpersonal
skills, goal setting and excellent communication.
According to my opinion, Andreja will be very valuable person to anyone who would have
him in a team, managing his tasks responsibly and diligently. Therefore, I highly recommend
him for the position he is applying in your Ministry.
