Use single file lines to stop over crowdedness. Put all bags to the side so they are not in the way. Ensure there is no drinking near a computer desktop as this will reduce risks of electrocution. I will make sure that all furniture is put to one side and inform the librarian that I will do so. I will set a number limit to how many people enter at once which will reduce the risk of it being overcrowded. I will ensure that all the bags are tucked under the desks to reduce risks of tripping over.
