Don't waste your times of suffering. Suffering has the power to change us into our true identity as followers of a suffering Messiah who "learned obedience by the things which he suffered." (Hebrews 5:8) Here are some lessons I have learned about times of suffering.
How should we speak honestly as Christians in an age of political correctness? This is short comparison between how Donald Trump speaks and how the Bible instructs us to speak the truth with love.
Jesus came to announce that in Him the Kngdom of God was coming to earth. Now that He is in heaven, we are to bring His Kingdom to earth by our prayers and lives. Whenever we release the supernatural power and grace of God to others, the Kingdom of God in there. Wherever we go, we can bring the Kingdom if we choose to since the King lives in us by His Spirit!
The document provides instructions and activities for an English language learning course. Activity 1 instructs students to circle grammar choices to complete sentences. Activity 2 asks students to match paragraphs to main ideas. Activity 3 has students categorize sentences from readings into a chart about restorative justice. Activity 4 involves circling answers about subway etiquette rules. Activity 5 reviews grammar by identifying sentences as correct or incorrect. The essay activities prompt an introductory paragraph about an ideal job and adding details to clarify a paragraph about identifying fake perfumes.
This is a short overview of the five types of fathers whose behavior can leave their children with false impression of God the Father. Pentecost was a Kingdom of Heaven Invasion of Satan's domain--the earth. We are learning how to get ready for revival by studying the first Church's first revival: Pentecost.
The sermon is called Where Would We Be Without Jesus.
The answer is: we'd all be in hell one day. But, because of Jesus, Christians will not.
