  wallwisher (http://wallwisher.com/) is a free
  versatile , online tool that lets you create an
  interactive online bulletin board that can easily
  embed a wiki, comment or poll using a sticky
  notes! No account needed except for the one
  who creates the wall
1. Click on the login/register button to set up an
   account
After you account is established, you’re ready to
   build a wall. You can customize several features
   on your wall.
2. Set your preference
a. Customize the URL, if you wish
b. Select viewers
c. Select collaborators
d. Control parts

3.Add a small image to the upper left corner of
   the wall. You can add an image saved on your
   hard drive or select from 9 wallwisher
   offering
4. Title your wall, and add a description if you
  wish
5.Select one of 12 themes(background designs)
  fort he wall
6.Click done to complete the set. Your wall is
  ready to accept posts
7.To make a post, just click on the wall and a
  blank “sticky” will appear
a. If you are logged on, your name will appear;if
    not it will say “anonymous” says
b. Type a message, upto 160 characters long
c. Add a link to a photo, audio or video file, if
   you wish
d. Click ok to post the sticky
