The ROSINFRA National Infrastructure Awards were established in 2013 by the Public-Private Partnership
Development Centre with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation
with the purpose of identifying primary infrastructure development trends in the Russian Federation.
The ROSINFRA Awards is an effective tool for evaluating and reviewing the quality of infrastructure
projects with the purpose of revealing and promoting best practices. The award helps to evaluate the
competencies and experience of PPP members and include all sectors where the mechanisms of public-
private partnerships are used today.
In 2014, 16 awards were given in 9 categories for infrastructure projects in different sectors (transport,
energy industry, housing and communal services, social infrastructure), with the 7 other awards given to
various participants in the projects, including public partners, private investors, operators of PPP projects,
and financial and legal advisors.

Awards and oversees the event from beginning to end by:

The Russian Public-Private Partnership Week Infrastructure Congress is organized by the Public-Private
Partnership Development Centre along with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian
Federation with the purpose of filling the informational vacuum in the field of public-private partnerships
and presenting the best Russian and foreign practices for the long-term management of infrastructure
facilities and their further dissemination in the regions of the Russian Federation. The event is organized
with the support and participation of relevant federal ministries.
The Russian Public-Private Partnership Week is Russia’s largest discussion platform in the field of
infrastructure and PPP. Every year, more than 1,500 people attend the Congress. Representatives of the
Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transportation
of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labour of
the Russian Federation, the administration of the city of Moscow, and experts from leading Russian and
foreign financial institutes all participate in the event’s program. The official PPP development ranking
for Russia’s regions is traditionally presented during the event. Mass media regularly report on PPP Week.
