This document outlines a study analyzing the qualitative impact of studentification in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The study used semi-structured interviews to identify consequences of studentification on public health, safety, and housing. It found studentification is present in New Brunswick and that a restorative justice model reduced recidivism rates for student nuisance offenses.
