Porretto Beach is privately owned and aims to provide more rights and access for the public compared to government-owned beaches, despite not receiving state or city funding for maintenance. They offer a variety of special events including weddings, corporate functions, water sports, and concerts, while inviting the public to enjoy their facilities in a safe and welcoming environment. The beach continually seeks to uphold a legacy of openness and community engagement through memorable gatherings and partnerships.

2. The ‘real’ beach for ‘the people.’ Where our fight to maintain ownership was NOT to keep the public out
rather, allow the public “more” rights and access to use than the state or other government owned beaches.
Our goal is to share those rights with you. Though we pay taxes and maintain the beach without any
government supplemental funds or assistance other state and city owned beaches benefit from Porretto
Beach falsely claiming they maintain or renourish the area so they can continue to receive funds. Its your tax
dollars mis-used through government funding for their undisclosed use yet, we continue to maintain the
area, incur expenses, donate sand and welcome the public without burdening the public. The state and city
sadly, restrict the public when obtaining funds. Our goal is to carry on a legacy and maintain ‘open doors’ to
a privately owned beach allowing special events, weddings, corporate events, sponsorships, family
reunions, team meetings, water sports, competitions, exhibitions, charities and concerts….anything is
possible even with private ownership rules to abide by for safety and order. What brings people together to
cause smiles on their faces, warmth in their hearts, sand between their toes and an imprint of a memorable
occasion spent on Porretto Beach is our mission. With all of our regular guests and clients support we are
able to continue this fete. Please experience our efforts and operations before false assumption or
judgment is placed unfairly upon us due to a political agenda we have no interest in. Thank you!
