To have both parents still alive and together
Is very rare to see these days
But for most children in this position,
Don’t know what it’s like to lose them both.
And nor do I and hope to never,
I know they won’t stand forever,
But in my heart they just might.
I’m sure it is not a very good feeling,
But yes a very good fright.
So if you are lucky and have them both,
Don’t take it for granted,
Just love them the most.

The trees give us
shade
The Sun is blistering
hot
The grass makes
baseball games relaxing
The water makes the summers fun

6. Bored
There’s nothing to do,
Homework is done
My room is cleaned
It’s only 7 so I can’t go to sleep,
I need something to do for the rest of the week.
I don’t think of this as nothing to do,
But free time to think can be a lot for you.
Times like this you accomplish the most,
Without even knowing..
It’s sometimes just like a ghost.

7. Rain Sucks
I hate the rain,
I hate it’s sound.
It turns my smile
Into a frown.
What is the point
of having Spring
Break,
When the rain takes all the sun away.
And with no sun,
There is no sun.
So all I’m asking is rain, rain,
please run away.
