6/2014-15 dated (inadvertently) 10-02-2015 of the Section Officer (Dev-II) Finance
Department on the subject noted above referring to the ADP scheme
10333/1300061 Establishment of Play Grounds in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on need
basis for changing it from capital to revenue side albeit overlooking that it is being
implemented by C&W Department and they may also pay for the land cost in
respective Districts in which they are undertaking civil works of play Grounds.
