There are many benefits of offering flexible schedules to your employees. A flexible work arrangement allows employees to adjust their timings and create a work schedule that suits their lifestyle. Moreover, providing a balanced work schedule to employees can create a positive office culture. For a smaller company or business, it might sound challenging to implement and manage the employees and other things with a flexible schedule.

2. CATALYST TESTIMONIALS
I first went to Catalyst after seeing a few of their posts on
Facebook. It was a real game changer for me, within two weeks
I had three interviews lined up. They helped me to update my
CV, and each cover letter to suit the various jobs. Every week
they gave me new jobs to apply for!
They also provided me with help on my interview techniques
which, for me is one of the main reasons I have my current job.
This of course was all set up by Catalyst.
The team are friendly, approachable and absolute stars in
all honesty!
If you are struggling or looking for work then you would be
silly not to use them. They are a real asset to the university
and us as graduates.
Laura – 2014 Graduate
I would like to thank you for the service you have provided
in helping me to find the right person for our vacancy.
The applicants were of a high standard and it was difficult to
choose between them.
Also thanks for providing the interview room, that worked
very well with the introductions by your staff.
