Location 1
For my first location I have chosen
a faded white wall. The location
of the wall is in Stoke Poges. The
wall itself is in a safe and secure
area with no potential hazards.
The reason I have chosen this
location is because it represents
locations across the country that
my target audience live around.
By enforcing this and portraying
images that my target audience
can relate to the target audience
can relate to the magazine and
will feel as though the magazine is
on the same level as them

Location 2
The second location I have chosen
is again located in Stoke Poges.
The as to why I have chosen this
location is because like my
previous image, the majority of
my target audience have had to
or have grown up in areas like this
and I think that my target
audience will look onto the front
cover or contents page or Double
page spread and will be able to
relate to the model featuring in
the magazine

Location 3
This location came across me
when I was carrying out my
photo shoot. I think that it
represents the wilderness and
can relate to some of my
target audience, by this I
mean that some of my target
audience will be from poverty
stricken areas and this
destination can relate to
them.

Check the position of the sun and lighting conditions.

Check the electricity supply. (For the majority of exterior locations you will be using battery power) Not much electricity used. Only that of the camera

Do a test sound/video recording and check for potential noise problems (traffic noise may be a problem; Area was in a quiet location, roads weren't near the

Arrange car parking, access, loading, security, where possible.

Make sure everybody concerned with your video production knows what is happening and what is
expected of them when on location. everyone who was involved was informed on what

Reflection
• When starting my planning the first thing I felt I needed to do was to organise the planning itself. By this I
mean sort out everything and place it into a chart, this gives me an opportunity to sort everything out and
it also gave me time to carry out the planning section. I then organised my models I new some people that
I thought would fit well into my chosen genre, and they agreed to model for me. I told them what they
needed to do etc. I then organised the location of the shoot and told the models where the shoot was. The
shoot itself is in a quiet location and is out of the way of dangerous hazards. I then organised some
costumes and props for my models. I needed clothing that would fit my genre and I my self wear clothing
that people form my chosen genre wear so sorted that out. When on location I completed by Reece forms
thoroughly so that there were not any problems or dangerous hazards. Throughout the week I completed
the other various and important features that were needed when completing the planning such as the flat
plan of my magazine and mock ups of my front cover, contents page and my double page spread. When
creating my flat plan I used techniques that I thought would entertain and amuse my target audience.
Throughout planning I have learnt and discovered a lot more about the planning of magazines and other
various elements that occur in the planning stage of my task.

Location 1 For myfirst location I have chosen a faded white wall. The location of the wall is in Stoke Poges. The wall itself is in a safe and secure area with no potential hazards. The reason I have chosen this location is because it represents locations across the country that my target audience live around. By enforcing this and portraying images that my target audience can relate to the target audience can relate to the magazine and will feel as though the magazine is on the same level as them

Location 2 The secondlocation I have chosen is again located in Stoke Poges. The as to why I have chosen this location is because like my previous image, the majority of my target audience have had to or have grown up in areas like this and I think that my target audience will look onto the front cover or contents page or Double page spread and will be able to relate to the model featuring in the magazine

Location 3 This locationcame across me when I was carrying out my photo shoot. I think that it represents the wilderness and can relate to some of my target audience, by this I mean that some of my target audience will be from poverty stricken areas and this destination can relate to them.
