This document outlines an assignment for groups to plan and schedule an infrastructure or business project from conceptualization to commissioning. It also provides a case study of Starehe Boys High School in Kenya for another group to perform a project maturity analysis. The case study describes how Starehe Boys High School was established in 1959 to help homeless and needy boys. It has since expanded to also accept fee-paying students and become a nationally recognized school supported by various organizations and individuals. Students are asked to analyze the project's maturity and sustainability and discuss how this model could be replicated in other developing countries considering globalization and potential future shocks.
