Nadia Debondt has worked as an administrative assistant at Optimal Parking Control for 2 and a half years after previously working as an accountant doing VAT returns and at a Texaco doing checkout and manning the phones. In her current role, she handles desk work, phone calls, works with the service department, deals with complaints, processes payments, and while the work can be heavy dealing with many complaining people, she finds motivation in the job security and being able to help people.
