 24 hr access control and surveillance systems.
 Weather & earthquake proof construction of warehouses
 Power backup for all security systems - Armed personnel for transport & perimeter control
 Physical documents are packed with multiple layers of packaging
 Paper bags, plastic bags and boxes
 Each layer has unique barcode assigned
 Tracking is based on barcodes and nobody has access to physical document contents.
 Documents secured from moisture, fire, dust, termite etc.

 Vulnerability testing - IndusGuard testing scheduled daily (365 days a year with 50K
tests fired every day)

 Domain based user creation, access control, sharing restrictions
 Digital documents can’t be deleted without password confirmation
 Physical documents can’t be deleted without confirmation over mail and/or phone

bar-codes which are not accessible to anybody except limited admin staff
