Iman Maleki is an Iranian painter born in 1976 who is known for his hyperrealistic paintings that resemble photographs. He studied under Morteza Katouzian, one of Iran's greatest realist painters, from a young age. Maleki has had many successful exhibitions of his paintings, including at the Contemporary Museum of Art in Tehran in 1999 and the SABZ galerie and SA'AD ABAD Palace in 1998 and 2003 respectively. He is considered one of the best realist painters in the world due to his unbelievable technique and talent for creating paintings that look just like photographs.
