Write in essay form your answer to the following questions (Do not copy these questions
in your answer):

2. Why are you interested to take up graduate studies? What purpose does a graduate
degree serve in your long-term professional goal?
3. In what way would your graduate studies contribute to the development of society
in general?
4. What qualities do you possess that make you deserving to be admitted to the
program?
5. If you are admitted to the program, what area (s) do you wish to investigate in
your research/ thesis?
Other details:
1. Do not exceed two (2) pages of white short bond paper.
2. Allot one (1) inch margin for all sides (bottom, top and sides)
3. Use Arial or Times Roman Font 12.
4. Use double space.
5. At the top left side of the first page, write your name on the first line followed by
the degree program you are applying for.
6. Put a page number at the bottom right of your paper.
