Colin Gaskin has over 18 years of experience in human resources and workforce planning. He currently works for Hertfordshire County Council developing their annual workforce planning process to ensure the council can build organizational capacity. Some of his responsibilities include producing monthly HR reports, managing the staff survey process, providing data and recommendations to reduce issues like high sickness and turnover, and ensuring HR systems and reporting tools meet the council's needs. He also provides consultancy to managers on workforce issues and manages staff in the Workforce Information and Planning team.
