2. Management
The officers of the Company are Mr. Drew P. Cunningham, Mr. Robert Kondratick,
Mr. Michael A. Dreilinger, Mr. Gerald Waters, Mr. Eric J. Aronson, and Mr. Fredric H.
Aaron, Esq., and the Board of Directors of the Company consists of Mr. Cunningham,
Mr. Kondratick, Mr. Dreilinger, Mr. Waters and Mr. Aaron.
Drew P. Cunningham
Mr. Drew P. Cunningham is the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board and a
director of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, in 2002 Mr. Cunningham
founded Parthenon Realty, LLC. As such, Mr. Cunningham is responsible for all
activities of this full service real estate company which include but are not limited to
asset management, property management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and
development of commercial real estate. At its peak Parthenon employed 125 people
and was responsible for oversight and performance of 10 million square feet of
office space across the southeastern United States valued in excess of one billion
dollars.
Prior to forming Parthenon Realty, Mr. Cunningham simultaneously served as part
of the senior management team of two companies. Mr. Cunningham was an equity
partner and Senior Vice President of Crocker Realty Trust, L.P. (“CRTLP”). CRTLP
was a private REIT headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida that owned 6.2 million
square feet of office space across the Southeastern United States. At the same time
Mr. Cunningham was also Senior Vice President of Koger Equity, Inc. a public REIT
(symbol KE) traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Koger Equity owned and
operated approximately 20 million square feet of office space across the
Southeastern United States.
Prior to his involvement in CRTLP and Koger Equity, Mr. Cunningham was a Senior
Vice President of Crocker Realty Trust (“CRT”). CRT was a startup public REIT
formed in 1992. In 1996 CRT had grown to over 6 million square feet and was sold
to Highwoods Properties for over $500 million.
During his twenty‐five year career Mr. Cunningham has been involved in the
operation, development, acquisition, and disposition of billions of dollars worth of
commercial property across the United States. Mr. Cunningham has been
responsible for debt & equity with institutional investors like Teachers Insurance
and Annuity Association of America, JP Morgan Investment Management, General
Electric Capital Corporation, State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, Fidelity
Investments, AEW Inc., Apollo Real Estate Advisors, and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Cunningham has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from
Villanova University, and Masters of Business Administration Degree (specializing in
real estate) from Nova University. Mr. Cunningham is a 2004 inductee into the

3. Villanova University Sports Hall of Fame (Lacrosse). Mr. Cunningham is 46 years
old.
Robert Kondratick
Mr. Robert Kondratick is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and a
director of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kondratick served as
the Chief Information Officer of Dash, a Long Island based health, fitness and self‐
improvement company. Mr. Kondratick was also the Director of Sales of National
Financial Systems, a debt collection company. In 1992, Mr. Kondratick graduated
from University of South Florida in Tampa with a degree in business. Mr.
Kondratick is 38 years old.
Michael A. Dreilinger
Mr. Michael A. Dreilinger is the Chief Financial Officer and a director of the
Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dreilinger served as the Senior Vice
President of Parthenon Realty LLC, where he was responsible for of all accounting,
budgeting, financial reporting, debt & asset management, and due diligence for the
company.
Prior to joining Parthenon Realty, Mr. Dreilinger had the same responsibilities
simultaneously for two companies. Mr. Dreilinger managed Budgeting & reporting
for Crocker Realty Trust, L.P. (“CRTLP”) and Koger Equity, Inc. CRT was a private
company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida that owned 6.2 million square feet of
office space across the Southeastern United States. Koger Equity, Inc. is a public
REIT (symbol KE) traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Koger Equity owned
and operated approximately 20 million square feet of office space across the

Mr. Dreilinger has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University
specializing in Finance. Mr. Dreilinger is 43 years old.
Gerald Waters
Mr. Gerald Waters is the Treasurer and a director of the Company. Prior to joining
the Company, for the past two years, Mr. Waters has worked as a consultant in the
real estate development and construction industries. Prior to that, he was a partner
in an apparel manufacturing company, and oversaw production, primarily in China
and the Far East. Mr. Waters graduated from Penn State in 1972 with a Bachelors in
Finance. Mr. Waters is 58 years old.

4. Eric J. Aronson
Mr. Aronson is the Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing of the Company.
He was a principal in Pemapave Industries, LLC, the former operator of the
Permapave business. Mr. Aronson is the author of Dash, and was a principal of
Dash Development, a health, fitness and self‐improvement business in Long Island.
Mr. Aronson is 40 years old.
Fredric H. Aaron
Mr. Aaron, the Company’s Secretary and a director, is an attorney admitted to
practice in New York State and in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York. He has his own legal practice in Port Washington
concentrating in business law, securities law, corporate law, mergers and
acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate, commercial transactions,
import/export, intellectual property, sports and entertainment law. He currently
serves as counsel to a number of public and privately held companies. In addition,
Mr. Aaron is of counsel to Thaler & Gertler, LLP in East Meadow, NY. Prior to
establishing his own practice, Mr. Aaron was Counsel to the New York Regional
Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and Associate General Counsel for
the domestic claims division of American International Group, Inc. Mr. Aaron
obtained his JD from NYU Law School in 1989 where he was Executive Editor of the
“Review of Law and Social Change”, and his BA in Political Science from Brandeis
University in 1986, where he graduated cum laude with honors. Mr. Aaron is a
member of the American Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, as
well as the ABA Committees on Business Law and Securities Law. Mr. Aaron is 45
years old.
