Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

Alüminyum pergola sistemi kış bahçesi, oteller, restoranlar, kafeler ve pastanelerde daha geniş bir alanda kullanmak için

1. Yağışlı havalarda tente arkaya tamamen açılmalı veya öne doğru tamamen kapatılmalıdır.Yarıda kesinlikle
bırakılmamalıdır.
2. Kumanda yetkili personel tarafından kullanılmalıdır.
3. Pergola motoru kendinden korumalı olduğundan dolayı ısınınca kendini korumaya alır.Motor soğuduktan sonra
tekrar çalışmaya devam eder.Gereksiz kullanımdan kaçınılmalıdır.
4. Temizlik esnasında kimyasal sıvı kullanmayınız,nemli bez kullanınız.
5. Kar yağışında pergola öne doğru gergin bir vaziyette ise o şekilde kalması gerekir.kesinlikle arkaya doğru
toplamayayınız. Kar temizliği için kesici ve delici alet kullanmayınız.
6. Pergola elektrik şebekesini ayrı kullanınız. Şebekeden gelen hatta ayrıca regülatör bağlanması tavsiye edilir. Yüksek
ve düşük gerilimden dolayı oluşabilecek arızalar elektronik ürünleri garanti kapsamı dışına sokar.
7. Su oluk gider deliklerini sık sık kontrol ediniz.Tıkanması halinde su tahliye olmaz. Pergola montajından sonra yetkili
kişi dışında kimsenin tenteye müdahele etmemesi gerekir..
MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
1. In rainy weather the awning must be fully opened to the rear or fully closed in the front and never left in the middle.
2. The controls must be operated by authorized personnel.
3. As the motor of the awning is self-protecting, it protects itself when it heats up. The motor continues to run after it
has cooled down.
4. Do not use chemical liquids when cleaning, use a damp cloth.
5. During snowfall, if the tarpaulin is pulled forward, it must remain in this position. It is not recommended to gather it
back up. It is also not recommended to use sharp and stabbing tools to clear the snow.
6. Use the electric hitch line separately. It is advisable to connect the regulator to the line coming from the mains.
Malfunctions that may occur due to high or low voltage are non-warranty cases. Check the drainage holes of the
gutter frequently: if they are clogged, the water will not drain out. Once the awning has been installed, no one but an
authorized person should interfere with the operation of the awning.

1. Taşıyıcı Ray Profili
• Sistemde 70x150x2,2mm kesitte 3 odacıklı çift yan kanallı ray profili kullanılabilmektedir.
• 7 metreden uzun açılımlar için 110x150x2,2mm kesitte kalın seri, 8 odacıklı tek yan kanallı ray profili de
uygulamalarımız arasındadır.
• Her parça cephesi, taşıyıcı iki ray arası maksimum 375cm’ye kadardır. Taşıyıcı profil odacıkları ve yan kanalları, yapısı
itibariyle çelik profil takviyesine, çektirmeye ve gergi halat sistemi montajına izin verecek yapıdadır. Taşıyıcı profil
yüzeylerinde toz ve kir birikmesine sebep olan herhangi bir pürüz bulunmamaktadır. Sistemin ray kenarlarında su-
yun ve havanın yandan girmesini engelleyen silikon contalar mevcuttur.
2. Aydınlatma
• Sistem üzerinde özel plastik kasalı power led ışıklandırma kullanılacaktır. Işık rengi minimum 360 lümen ışığa sahip
olacaktır. Renk kodu 3000K’dır. Power led olarak SAMSUNG markası kullanılmaktadır. Kullanılan kasa özel tasarım
olup ışığın yana veya etrafa rahatça yayılmasını sağlar.
3. Bağlantı Saçları ve Vidalar
• Sistem üzerinde kullanılan vida, somun ve bağlantı sacları paslanmazdır. Bağlantı levhaları çelik üzeri galvanizdir.
• Toz boyama metodlarımız powder, coating ve lake olup, bu metodlardan birisi ile istenen renklerde boyanabilir.
4. Kumaş
• Her türlü hava koşullarına dayanıklı su geçirmeme özelliğine sahip gelişmiş PVC bloklarından oluşan, yüzey malzem-
esi %65 polyester, %33 pamuklu olan ithal blackout kumaşı kullanılır.
• Bu kumaşlar genelde karartma perdesi olarak otellerde, hastanelerde ve gösteri salonlarında kullanılır.

• Karartma perdesinin amacı odayı zifiri karanlık yapmak ve güneşe karşı odayı serin tutmaktır. Bu neden ile pergola
ürünün de kullanır.
• Blackout kumaşının kendiliğinden üç boyutlu bir desene sahip olması ve sıkı dokulu olduğundan dolayı diğer
kumaşlardan ayrılır. Özellikle raylı tente imalatlarında kullanılan bir kumaştır.
• Uzun ömürlü olup, güneş ve yağmur geçirmediği gibi koku ve yosunlanma yapmaz.
5. Yağmur Deresi
• Sistemde 160x126x2,2mm ön kiriş yağmur oluğu kullanılır. Dere, taşıyıcı ray ve ön direk profil arasındaki bağlantıyı
gerçekleştirir. Taşıyıcı ray üzerinde hareket eden Blackout membran kumaşın bitim noktasını oluşturacaktır. Pro-
fil iç kısımda kalan dere üzerinden gelen suyu çapı 50mm olan delikten ön dikey profile aktararak suyun tahliyesi
gerçekleştirilir. Profil alt kısmında yer alan iki kanal yardımıyla kanal üzerinden somun ve vidalarla delinmeden
montajlanacaktır.
6. Ön Dikey ve Yatay Direk Profili
• Ön dikey ve yatay profiller 120x80x2,2mm, ön ve arka yüzeyde çift kanallı alüminyum kesitli olup kendiliğinden
yağmur tahliyesini sağlar. Kanallar oluk ve zemin arasında bağlantıyı kolaylaştırır. Profile vida veya benzeri herhangi
bir delici bağlantı yapılmasına gerek bırakmaz. Kanallar için somun takviyesi ve vida ile bağlantı kolaylaşır. Alt zemin
ve üst dere bağlantısı yine kanallar kullanılarak özel lazer kesim ve büküm bağlantı sacları ile tamamlanacaktır. Dikey
profil alt kısmında yer alan çap 50mm delikten su tahliyesi kolaylaştırılır. Şık ve estetik bir görünüme sahip olup
sistemin bütünü ile uyumludur. Dikey profil aynı zamanda sistemin arka ve ön kısımları arasında oluşan yükseklik
farkını yatay bir şekilde kapatmak için de kullanılır.
7. Hareket Motoru
• Sistem üzerinde yer alan motorlar Somfy, Power Rade, Cupon markadır.
• Radyo frekans kontrollü ve uzaktan kumanda ile kontrol edilir.
• Motor üretici firma tarafından 5 yıl garanti kapsamındadır.
• Sistem motor sayesinde istenildiği noktada frenleme yapar ve sistem kapalı olduğu noktada gergin durmasını sağlar.
Tek tuş ile açılır ve kapanır.
• Motor dakikada 11 devir yapar, IP44 koruma sınıfında 868.3MHz frekansta çalışır.

RETRACTABLE PERGOLA TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1. Carrier Rail Profile
• 3-chamber double side channel rail profile in 70x150x2,2mm section in the system can be used.
• Thick series with 110x150x2,2mm section for extensions longer than 7 meters, single side with 8 chambers channel
rail profile is also among our applications.
• Each part front is up to a maximum of 375cm between two carrier rails. carrier profile chambers and side channels
by its structure are in a structure that will allow steel profile reinforcement, pulling and mounting of tension rope
system. There are no roughnesses that cause dust and dirt to accumulate on the carrier profile surfaces. There are
silicone gaskets that prevent water and air from entering from the side at the rail edges of the system.
2. Lighting
• Special plastic cased power led lighting will be used on the system. The light color(luminous colour) will have a mini-
mum of 360 lumens of light. Color code is 3000K. SAMSUNG brand is used as power led. The used case is a special
design. It provides the light to spread easily to the side or around.
3. Connection Plates and Screws
• Screws, nuts and connection plates used on the system are rustproof. Connection plates are galvanization on steel.
• Our powder coating methods are powder, coating and lacquer. It can be painted in desired colors with one of these
methods.
4. Fabric
• The imported blackout fabric is uesd that is 65% polyester, 33% cotton to surface material, advanced PVC consisting
of blocks,that is waterproof and resistant to all weather conditions.
• These fabrics are generally used as blackout curtains(blind) in hotels, hospitals and performance halls.

• The purpose of the blackout curtain is to make the room pitch dark and is to keep the room cool against the sun. For
this reason, the pergola product also uses it.
• Blackout fabric has a three-dimensional pattern by itself and is tightly textured. Therefore it is different from other
fabrics. It is a used fabric especially in rail awning manufacturing.
• It is long-lasting. It is sunproof and rainproof and it does not cause smelling and mossing.
5. Eaves Trough (Rain Creek)
• 160x126x2,2mm front girder rain gutter is used in the system. The stream makes the connection between the car-
rier rail and the front pillar profile. The Blackout membrane moving on the carrier rail will form the end point of the
fabric. The creek inside the profile, evacuation of water is improved by transferring the water coming from the water
through the hole with a diameter of 50 mm to the front vertical profile . With the help of two channels located at the
bottom of the profile, the channel It will be mounted on without drilling with nuts and screws.
6. Front vertical and horizontal post profile
• Front vertical and horizontal profiles 120x80x2.2mm, double channel aluminum on front and back surfaces is sec-
tional, it provides to rain disposal by itself. Channels make easier the connection between gutter and floor. It does
not need to be done screw or any similar penetrating connection to profile. The connection gets easier with nut
reinforcement and screw for channels. The Sub-floor and upper stream connection will be completed with custom
laser cutting and twist connection plates also by using channels. Water discharge is facilitated through the 50 mm
diameter hole at the bottom of the vertical profile. It has a stylish and aesthetic appearance and is compatible with
the whole system. The vertical profile is also used to horizontally close the height difference between the rear and
front parts of the system.
7. Motion Engine
• The motors on the system are Somfy, Power Rate, Cupon brand.
• It is radio frequency controlled and controlled by remote control.
• The engine is under warranty for 5 years by the manufacturer.
• The system brakes at the desired point thanks to the engine and the system provides to keeps it tense at the point
where it is closed. It opens and closes with one button.
• The motor makes 11 revolutions per minute, it operates at a frequency of 868.3MHz in IP44 protection class.
