Diana Potts, a Business Development Specialist at the North Carolina Military Business Center, was invited to join a Green Sustainability panel at the Pentagon to discuss ways to help Federal Agencies implement sustainability plans to meet goals in Executive Order 13514. Potts was chosen as one of the top 20 environmental and sustainability experts in the U.S. due to her success as an entrepreneur in environmental and government contracting fields and leadership in NCMBC's Green Procurement initiatives. The panel discussed topics like conserving energy and water, eliminating waste, and reducing carbon emissions to help agencies meet sustainability targets.
